VELTORRA Climatización is the air-conditioning division of the VELTORRA group: the same house that does complete home engineering in Valencia, concentrated here on one single thing — your climate working, summer after summer.

Why a climate-only division exists
The VELTORRA group covers complete home engineering — aerothermal, plumbing, electrics, solar, renovation and construction. Air conditioning grew until it deserved its own house: a team that does not split the week between tiling and hanging splits, but installs, repairs and maintains climate every single day. Specialisation shows where it matters: in the calculation that gets the capacity right, in the vacuum that is never skipped, in the diagnosis that finds the cause first time.
The method: the boring things that work
- Calculation before catalogue: every proposal starts from square metres, orientation and use — not from the warehouse's offer.
- Published prices: this site's "from" figures are real and are each service's floor — transparency is a technical standard too.
- Fixed figures in writing: what is signed is what is invoiced; genuine surprises are explained and authorised, never slipped into the bill.
- Documented work: tested vacuum, logged pressures, photos of whatever ends up hidden, and a written guarantee at every handover.
- Starting by message: photos and sizes on WhatsApp are enough for the first figure — calls only if you ask for them.
Credentials and compliance
We work with fluorinated-gas handling certification (mandatory to touch refrigerant in Spain), perform documented RITE maintenance for business clients and recycle the gas of every retired unit through an authorised manager. Parts are original or proven equivalents — chosen on technical merit and reasoned in writing in every proposal.
Three languages, one area, one standard
We serve in Spanish, English and Russian — Valencia is international and so is its climate. The service area is Valencia and its metro area: ten municipalities with the same published prices, the same weekly maintenance routes and the same named responsible engineer on every project. Finished work is never published — a client's home is not marketing — and is shown in person at the technical visit, alongside real references.
