VRF / VRV systems in Valencia: design and installation

When a building has twenty zones on twenty schedules, the multi-split gives up and the VRF steps in: variable refrigerant flow, heat recovery and every office at its own temperature — paying only for the energy actually used.

Quick summary

We design and install VRF/VRV systems in Valencia from €5,490 for a base system: variable flow, up to dozens of indoor units per system, heat recovery and centralised control. For offices, hotels, clinics and whole buildings. WhatsApp: +34 617 307 409.

What is a VRF system and when do you need it?

VRF (or VRV, the brand that invented it) means variable refrigerant flow: one or more outdoor units feed dozens of indoor ones, delivering to each zone exactly the flow it asks for at each moment. With heat recovery, the system cools the server room and heats reception simultaneously — moving heat instead of buying it. It is the standard engineering of hotels, headquarters and office buildings.

Why us

Variable flow engineering, properly applied

01

Every zone, its setpoint

Offices, halls and floors at independent temperatures — and consumption follows real use, not the master switch.

02

Heat recovery

Surplus heat from cooled zones warms the ones asking for heat: simultaneous heating and cooling at efficiencies conventional systems cannot touch.

03

Fewer outdoor units, more roof

One VRF outdoor unit replaces a row of condensers — the roof breathes and maintenance simplifies.

04

A signed design

Load calculation, refrigerant schematic and full technical documentation — as an installation of this scale demands.

05

Specialist maintenance

Diagnosis over the communications bus, per-zone readings and per-building reports — VRF has its own discipline, and we practise it.

How we work

A VRF, from design to a working building

  1. Building study

Zones, loads, schedules and roof — the basis of the schematic.

  2. Design and figure

Refrigerant schematic, equipment and a phased work plan.

  3. Coordinated installation

Floor-by-floor assembly with the building in use where needed.

  4. Commissioning

Zone balancing, control configured, training delivered.

FAQ

FAQ about VRF/VRV

What is the difference between VRF and VRV?

None technically: VRV is the registered trademark of the manufacturer that invented the technology; VRF is the generic term everyone else uses. Both mean variable refrigerant flow.

How much does a VRF system cost?

The base 4–5 zone system starts at €5,490; a whole building is designed after the load study with a fixed figure. Commercially, VRF is priced by zones and capacity — always in writing.

Does VRF beat multi-splits in a big office?

From 6–8 zones with differing schedules, almost always: VRF runs at partial load with high efficiency, centralises control and frees façade and roof. The load study answers with numbers.

Can you maintain a VRF another company installed?

Yes — diagnosis over the communications bus, per-zone readings, indoor unit cleaning and outdoor checks, with a per-building report. We rebuild the service history even where none exists.

What is heat recovery in a VRF?

Three-pipe systems move surplus heat from zones being cooled to zones asking for warmth — instead of dumping it outside. In buildings with opposite orientations or server rooms, the saving is structural.
