Data we process. What you provide when contacting us — name if given, phone, email, municipality and the content of your enquiry, including any photos attached. This site uses no tracking cookies and builds no advertising profiles.

Purpose and legal basis. Answering your request and, where applicable, preparing and executing the quoted work (pre-contractual measures and contract performance, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except under legal obligation.

Retention. For the duration of the relationship and the legal invoicing periods; enquiries without an order are deleted within a reasonable time.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@veltorra.es. You may also complain to the Spanish authority AEPD (aepd.es).

Form and WhatsApp. Email submissions are processed on our server solely to forward us your message. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms additionally apply.
