Unit mounting, refrigerant lines with a tested vacuum, sloped drainage, protected electrical connection, a measured start-up and a written guarantee. Anything beyond your case — extra runs, building work — is itemised before signing.

The urgent call-out has its published price — from €80, diagnosis included — and is not invented at the door. Urgency changes the schedule, not the honesty of the rate.

On full installations we agree payment milestones against progress: deposit, progress and verified delivery. Defined in writing in the quote.

Quick guide: ~2.3–2.9 kW for 20 m², ~3.5 kW for 30 m² and ~5–6 kW for 50 m² — adjusted for orientation, glazing and ceiling height. We do the fine calculation free with your details: a badly sized unit cools worse and costs more.

The façade is a common element: the building statutes rule and notifying is wise. We advise on your case, place the unit where it complies and disturbs least — and for protected façades there are no-outdoor-unit systems.

A split, one day; a multi-split, one or two; ducted, two or three coordinated with the false ceiling. Date and duration go in writing in the quote.

A standard split needs almost none: two brackets, a wall sleeve and trunking. Where no outdoor unit is possible, monobloc systems need only two façade grilles. The true "zero work" option — the portable — we advise against outside emergencies: noisy and thirsty.

Saturdays yes, within our 8:00–20:00 hours. In premises and offices we also install overnight or on holidays so your business never stops — agreed in the work plan.

Five causes cover nearly everything: dirty filters, gas lost through a leak, a saturated outdoor coil, a failed sensor or PCB, and a tired compressor. Start by washing the filters; if nothing changes, it is time for an instrument diagnosis (from €60).

A blocked drain, lost slope or stopped condensate pump — and sometimes icing from low gas that floods the tray as it melts. Usually solved in one visit (from €60). Meanwhile, switch it off: water always picks the worst destination.

No: a damp smell is biofilm in the tray and coil. It goes with a professional clean and disinfection (from €80) — and you recover performance and healthier air with it.

Each brand has its table: the same blink is a sensor on a Daikin and communications on an LG. Send us brand, model and a video of the blinking on WhatsApp — we can usually orient you before the visit.

Honest rule: if the repair exceeds half the price of a new unit and yours is past 10 years, replacement wins (from €640 with removal included). We give you both figures in writing and you decide.

Filters: monthly in heavy use, yourself with water. A professional deep clean: once a year, in spring. With a contract (from €140/year) we remember the date for you and you get breakdown priority.

24–26 °C is the rational point in Valencia: every degree lower adds roughly 7–8% consumption. Better a steady 25 °C with good airflow than bursts at 20 °C.

A modern inverter split cooling a living room ~8 h a day runs €15–30/month depending on tariff and insulation. An old or dirty unit can double that — hence the annual clean and, eventually, replacement.

Yes — everything we install is a reversible heat pump: in Valencia's mild winter it heats at an efficiency (COP 3.5–4) no electric radiator approaches. It is the cheapest heating to switch on in this region.

R22 cannot legally be refilled since 2015: its first leak is its retirement. Do not invest in repairing it — ask for the replacement comparison and take the efficiency jump (up to −50% consumption).
