LG plays the design card (Artcool Mirror and Gallery) and the connectivity card: current units ship with ThinQ wifi and Dual Inverter compressors carrying long manufacturer cover on the compressor itself. My LG shows CH05 — is it serious?
CH05 is indoor-outdoor communication failure: anything from a loose connection to a board. It is neither cheap nor expensive by definition — the electrical diagnosis (€60, deductible) pins it down in one visit.

Yes — on new installations we hand it over working and explained, and on existing units that lost connection after a router or provider change.
Does the Artcool perform like a normal split?
Yes — under the pretty panel sits a serious Dual Inverter. You pay for design, you do not sacrifice performance; we give you the comparison with other ranges in writing.
