Does WindFree really cool or is it marketing?
It really cools: first it pulls temperature down in normal mode, then holds it through micro-holes with no stream. For bedrooms and offices it is a genuine comfort change — we install it constantly.
My Samsung shows an E code — what now?
Note the full code (E-XXX format) and send it with the model via WhatsApp: each code family points to a subsystem. We orient you before the visit and the €60 diagnosis is deducted on repair.
Does the WindFree panel need special cleaning?
Yes — its thousands of micro-holes accumulate a film ordinary filters never see. Our deep clean (from €80) includes the specific panel treatment and restores factory airflow.
